    Published by the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California, JCMC is one of the most important online journals dealing with the Internet as a focus of academic study. A good publication to keep your eye on.

    A site originating at the University of Wales at Aberystwyth, this is pretty cool. The creator's "keep it simple" style works well with my own philosophy.

    This site on postcolonialism is put out by the English Dept at Emory University. Its got tons of stuff in its own right (bios of authors, descriptions of concepts) plus a ton of links.
